We are very excited about our new location and hope you share in our excitement and vision for the future of the The Lakes Bluegrass Festival. The new site is bare land so we have many needs for improvements including a stage, electrical for up to 200 campsites, permanent rain/shade shelters in concert area, pavilion in food court, other small buildings and eventually a bath/shower house and RV dump station. Click here to donate to the new site improvements.
We do have ongoing income from the event (in good years), sponsors and grants, but not near enough to build all of the infrastructure we need in a reasonable time period. So, we are asking you, our loyal fans, to come along side of us and help us make this dream a reality!
We have established several donor levels that should fit into any budget. Please consider giving generously! Donations are made to the Pine River Area Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization (ask your tax advisor for deductibility).

LEND MONEY TO THE FESTIVAL

We could really use your help to get the grounds ready for 2020. We will be holding several work weekends, so if you can come with a lawn mower, chain saw, or other equipment, or just a pair of gloves and willingness to help out, it would be greatly appreciated. We have the following weekends tentatively scheduled so far for mowing, general clean up, tree trimming, etc.
September 28 & 29, 2019, June 6 & 7, 2020, July 18 & 19, 2020 and August 15 & 16, 2020.
Please use the sign up sheets at the festival headquarters or info sessions if you would like to help out. Please make sure to provide us with an email and phone number so we can contact you about upcoming work dates.
The entire festival committee would like to thank you for all of your past support and for helping us make our new permanent home a reality!
We have purchased our own land to be the permanent new home of the Lakes Bluegrass Festival. The new site is called the Lakes Music and Events Park and will eventually host other musical and community events in addition to the festival. Click here or the logo above for more details!
